Privacy Policy
Scaleo (“Scaleo”, “we”, “us”) is a platform for agencies to plan, write and publish search-optimised pages and blog posts for their clients’ websites. Scaleo is operated by Reinvent Digital, India. This policy explains what information we handle at scaleo.in, why, and the choices you have. Questions: ppc@reinventdigital.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address and role, and a one-way hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
- Client and website information you enter — business details, services, locations, and the credentials needed to publish to a client’s site (WordPress application passwords, cPanel API tokens). Credentials are stored encrypted.
- Content — the pages, blog posts, images, prompts and settings created in Scaleo.
- Google data, only when you connect a Google account — see section 3.
- Payment information — plan purchases and credit packs are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and amount; we do not receive or store your card or bank details.
- Technical data — sign-in times, IP address and error logs, used to keep the service secure and working.
2. How we use information
- To provide the service: research, write, check and publish content to the websites you manage, and show you how those pages perform.
- To secure accounts, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To bill your agency’s plan, credits and top-ups for the work it runs.
- To contact you about your account (for example invitations and password resets).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Google user data
When an agency administrator clicks Connect Google and approves access, Scaleo receives an access token for the connected Google account with these permissions:
- Google Search Console (
webmasters) — to list the sites the account can see, read search performance (clicks, impressions, positions, queries), check whether pages are indexed, and submit sitemaps for the sites you select. - Google Analytics (
analytics.readonly) — read-only, to list properties and read traffic reports for the properties you select. - Your Google email address (
openid, email) — to show which Google account is connected.
How we use it. Google data is used only to show your agency the search and traffic performance of its own clients’ websites inside Scaleo, to suggest blog topics from the searches those sites already appear for, and to submit sitemaps you ask us to submit. Each property is visible only to the agency that connected it.
Limited Use. Scaleo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
- We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
- We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
- We do not allow humans to read it, except with your consent for a specific support request, where needed for security or legal reasons, or when it is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Storage and removal. The Google refresh token is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time in Scaleo (Settings → Google → Disconnect), which revokes the token with Google and deletes it from Scaleo; you can also remove Scaleo’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Reports already shown in Scaleo are kept with your account until you ask us to delete them.
4. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run Scaleo, each only for its part of the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting, India), Supabase (database), AI model providers reached through OpenRouter (to write and check content from the briefs you create), Tavily and DataForSEO (public search research), Razorpay (payments) and an email provider (account emails). They process information on our behalf and under their own security commitments.
5. Security
All traffic to Scaleo uses HTTPS. Publishing credentials and Google tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and access inside Scaleo is limited by role and by agency.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while your agency’s account is active. To delete your account or your agency’s data, email ppc@reinventdigital.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
7. Cookies and local storage
Scaleo uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and to remember your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. You can review or change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, also linked at the bottom of every page.
- pseo.session_token (named
__Secure-pseo.session_tokenon https): keeps you signed in, until you sign out or the session ends. Our sign-in service may set other short-livedpseo.cookies while you sign in, for example with Google, and one short-lived cookie during Connect Google to protect that step. - scaleo_session: tells the site you are signed in, so the home address opens your dashboard. Kept for 30 days.
- scaleo_consent: remembers your cookie choice. Kept for 12 months.
- pseo_signed_in and pseo-theme, kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us: the signed-in hint and the light or dark theme you chose.
- Our pages load their font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver it.
Preferences, statistics and marketing cookies: none in use. If we add analytics or marketing tools, they will run only in the categories you allow.
8. Your choices
You can view and edit your information in Scaleo, disconnect Google at any time, and ask us for a copy or deletion of your data by email.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell account holders about significant changes.
