ScaleoTerms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Scaleo at scaleo.in, operated by Reinvent Digital, India (“we”, “us”). By using Scaleo you agree to them. If you use Scaleo for an agency or company, you accept them on its behalf.
1. The service
Scaleo helps agencies research, write, check and publish search-optimised pages and blog posts to their clients’ websites, and shows how that content performs. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Accounts
- You can create an account yourself on the Free plan, or an agency administrator can invite you. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Agency administrators decide who in their agency has access and what they can do.
3. Your clients, sites and content
- You must have your client’s permission to publish to their website and to connect their Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties.
- You keep ownership of your content and your clients’ content. You give us the permission needed to store, process and publish it on your instructions.
- Content is generated with the help of AI. You are responsible for reviewing it before it goes live, especially medical, legal or financial information, and for what is published on your clients’ sites.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Scaleo to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, to access sites or data you are not authorised to use, or to disrupt the service or other users.
5. Google and other third-party services
Connecting Google is optional and is governed also by Google’s terms. How we handle Google data is described in our Privacy Policy. Other providers we rely on (such as hosting, AI models and payments) may have their own terms.
6. Payments
Scaleo is sold as monthly plans and credit top-ups, at the prices shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard; prices exclude GST. Each piece of work uses credits at the rate shown before it starts. Plans and top-ups are paid through Razorpay, and renewals are never charged automatically. Free plan credits are a one-time trial that expires 30 days after it is granted; unused paid-plan credits roll over for 60 days. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable once their credits have been used.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Scaleo available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Scaleo is provided “as is”. Search rankings and traffic depend on search engines and are not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount your agency paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Scaleo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. After closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
