A WordPress programmatic SEO plugin that publishes researched pages.
Scaleo SEO connects to WordPress through a small connector plugin and an application password. It publishes location pages and blog posts as WordPress pages or posts, sets Yoast or Rank Math SEO fields, works with Elementor, SiteOrigin and headless ACF, and syncs post status back when someone publishes, drafts or trashes a post.
What does the Scaleo SEO WordPress plugin do?
The plugin is the connector between a client's WordPress site and Scaleo SEO. The writing, research and quality scoring happen in Scaleo SEO; the plugin receives the finished pages and posts and creates them on the site, in the client's existing templates, so they match the rest of the website.
- Pages and posts. Location pages publish as WordPress pages, blogs as posts.
- SEO meta. SEO titles and meta descriptions are set for Yoast or Rank Math.
- Schema. Each page carries the schema built for it, such as LocalBusiness or MedicalBusiness.
- Drafts or live. Publish live or save drafts for the client to review in WordPress.
How do you connect WordPress to Scaleo SEO?
- Install the Scaleo SEO connector plugin on the client's WordPress site.
- Create an application password for a WordPress user who can publish pages and posts.
- Add the site URL and application password to the client in Scaleo SEO and test the connection.
Does it work with Elementor, SiteOrigin or a headless site?
Yes. With Elementor or SiteOrigin, Scaleo SEO fills the page-builder layout your designer already built, per page. For headless WordPress with a Next.js frontend, it writes into an Advanced Custom Fields group and your frontend renders it. Sites with no CMS can use static HTML on cPanel hosting instead. All modes are listed on the integrations page.
How does post status stay in sync?
WordPress live-status webhooks tell Scaleo SEO when a post is published, moved to draft or trashed on the site, so the dashboard shows what is really live. This matters most for automated blog posting, where a client may edit or pull a post after it goes out.
How is this different from a programmatic SEO plugin that runs inside WordPress?
Many WordPress programmatic SEO plugins generate pages inside the site by filling one template from a spreadsheet, which tends to produce near-identical pages. Scaleo SEO researches each city, writes each page on its own and holds back pages that read the same elsewhere before anything reaches WordPress. Our step-by-step guide to creating location pages in WordPress automatically compares the template, CSV import and AI methods. Read doorway pages vs location pages for why that matters, and location pages for the full workflow.
What happens after the pages publish?
Connect Google Search Console and GA4 to see indexing, clicks, impressions, CTR and position for each page, with keyword rank checkpoints at baseline, day 7, day 14 and day 30. New URLs can be pushed by resubmitting your sitemap to Search Console. See the features page for the rest of the platform.
